摘要
通过对压裂液的研究,成功开发出了无伤害VES压裂液。该压裂液耐温性好、抗剪切能力强、施工摩阻低,具有良好的悬砂能力,破胶完全,不含任何固体残渣,对地层的伤害几乎为零;并具有配制简单、使用添加剂种类少等特点。无伤害VES压裂液能够改善裂缝的导流能力并且对地层无伤害,在现场施工时表现出了良好的特性,某气井施工井段为2 820.1~2 823.2 m和2 824.3~2 828.1 m,压裂前产量为7 400 m3/d,压裂后采用一点法求产,无阻流量为184 000 m3/d,压后增产效果明显。
A non-damaging fracturing fluid VES is developed.It has some characteristics such as thermal stability,anti-shearing performance,low friction and strong carrying capacity,breaking viscosity easily with no residues and little damage to reservoirs.The field application showed that during two operation sections of 2,820.1-2,823.2m and 2,824.3-2,828.1m,with single point test,the daily production is increased from 7,400 m3/d to 184,000 m3/d after fracturing.
