摘要
根据塔河油田碎屑岩油藏特点及环境保护要求,该油田定向井采用了环保型阳离子悬乳液钻井液,该钻井液由高分子量的阳离子乳液聚合物、改变钻井液连续相的纳米级乳化石蜡和有机硅醇抑制剂3种主剂组成。经5口定向井应用表明,该钻井液具有良好的润滑性、井壁稳定性、储层保护特性,以及较强的封堵、防塌能力,能满足塔河油田定向井钻井工程需要;该钻井液渗透率恢复值较高,储层保护效果明显,油气初期产量提高2倍以上。
Environmental cationic suspended emulsified drilling fluid is introduced in this paper.Composed of high molecular weight cationic emulsion polymer,emulsified paraffin and silanol,the cationic suspended emulsion drilling fluid is developed in accordance with characteristics of clastic reservoirs,the performances of lubrication,well bore stabilization and reservoir protection are prominent.The application in 5 directional wells is satisfactory.
