原发性小血管炎15例临床分析
摘要
原发性小血管炎是指以小血管壁炎症和/或纤维素样坏死为病理基础的一组自身免疫性疾病。原发性小血管炎主要包括显微镜下型多血管炎、韦格纳肉芽肿病、变应性肉芽肿性血管炎。在西方国家,原发性小血管炎是仅次于类风湿性关节炎最常见的免疫系统疾病，
