姜黄素包合物对实验性糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血糖和血脂水平的影响 被引量:7

EFFECTS OF INCLUSION COMPOUND OF CURCUMIN WITH β-CYCLODEXTRIN ON BLOOD GLUCOSE AND LIPID IN THE DIABETIC ASSOCIATION WITH HYPERLIPIDEMIC RATS

摘要 目的探讨姜黄素包合物对糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血糖和血脂水平的影响。方法 SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、姜黄素组、黄素包合物组。除正常对照组外,其余3组大鼠用高脂饲料结合链脲佐菌素造糖尿病高脂血症大鼠模型。连续给药6周后,测定血糖、血脂等指标。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血糖、血脂水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,姜黄素组大鼠血糖、血脂等指标虽有所下降,但差异无统计学意义,姜黄素包合物组降低血糖、血脂等指标作用明显优于模型组P<0.05。结论姜黄素能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,调节脂代谢紊乱,姜黄素包合物作用优于姜黄素原药。 Objective To investigate the effects of inclusion compound of Curcumin with β-cyclodextrin on blood glucose and lipid in the diabetic assoeiated with hyperlipidemic Rats.Methods Forty Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups randomly,control group,model group,pure curcumin suspension or inclusion compound of Curcumin with β-cyclodextrin.Diabetic model were fed with high fat diet and induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozoticin(STZ).After 6 week′s treatment,the levels of blood glucose(BG) and lipid were measured.Results Compare with control group,the levels of blood glucose(BG) and lipid in model groups was higher(P〈 0.05).there was some decline of them while treated with curcumin as compared with model group,but had no significant discrepancy,inclusion compound of Curcumin could significantly decrease the level of BG and blood lipid in diabetic rats(P〈 0.05).Conclusion Curcumin can decrease the level of BG and effectively correct the disorder of lipid in diabetic rats.Inclusion compound of Curcumin is superior to pure crucumin.
