参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常临床观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探索应用参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将根据24 h动态心电图确诊的78例缓慢性心律失常(病态窦房结综合征、房室传导阻滞、慢-快综合征、窦性心动过缓等)患者随机分为两组,参松养心胶囊组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊,疗程6周。观察两组的总有效率、治疗前后患者24 h平均心率变化的绝对值和变化率、症状改善情况。结果:两组治疗缓慢性心律失常总有效率分别为治疗组62.5%和对照组21.1%(P<0.01)。结论:参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效确切,副作用小。 Objective: To research the clinical efficiency of Shensongyangxin Capsules in treatment of chronic arrhythmia. Methods: 78 patients suffering chronic arrhythmia, which referred to pathological sinus syndrome, atrioventricular conduction block,slow-fast syndrome, sinus bradyeardia and so on, was diagnosed by 24 h dynamic ECG and then randomly divided into two groups. One was Shensongyangxin Capsules group (treatment group) , while the other one was conventional treatment group (control group), treatment group was given to Shensongyangxin Capsules on the basis of conventional treatment. After six weeks course of treatment, observing the total efficiency rate of two group, absolute value of the average heart rate in 24 hours, rate of change of heart rate in 24 hours, and improvement of symptoms compared with untreated. Results: The total efficiency rate of treatment group was 62.5%,while the control group was 21.1% (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Shensongyangxin Capsules has significant clinical efficacy and few side effects in treatment of chronic arrhythmia.
