传统的定量螺旋输送泵无法满足预分解窑供料要求。为此,天津院开发了一种变量输送的L180新型螺旋泵,经江西水泥厂试生产检验,使用效果良好,完全能满足工艺要求,并且与传统泵比较,具有节电、输送能力大、输送平稳、阻力小、磨损少、螺旋使用寿命长、安装检修方便等优点,可在粉状物料的输送中推广应用。

The conventional screw-type pneumatic pump with fixed capacity can not meet the feeding requirements for precalciner kiln. Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute, there fore, has developed a new screw-type pneumatic pump L180 with variable capacity, which has been proved to have excellent performance and fully to satisfy the process needs during its commissioning in Jianxi Cement Plant. The features of the new pump are lower consumption, higher conveying capacity, better operating stability, less resistance and wear, longer lifetime of impeller and easier maintenance as compared with conventional screw-type pump. The new screwtype pump can be used in conveying vaious pulverized materials.
