肾移植术后纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血3例并文献复习 被引量:4

摘要 纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(pure red cell aplasia,PRCA)是以骨髓单纯红系造血障碍,外周血网织红细胞和成熟红细胞减少,而粒系、巨核系正常为特征的一类贫血性疾病[1]。
