摘要
在当前机构典藏库的实践中,影响其发展的最关键因素并不是作者的自存储行为,而是机构典藏库内容资源的学术性评价问题。以高校教师为研究对象,深入分析影响教师自存储率低的重要原因,并结合近年来图书馆界关于机构典藏库自存储研究的相关成果,总结出没有科学的学术评价体系是高校机构典藏库自存储率低的重要原因,并针对这一问题提出了建设性的实施措施。
In the current organization book reservation storehouse practice,affects its development the most key aspect is not the author from the the Self-archiving behavior,but is Classical-collection storehouse of the organization content resources academic appraisal question.This research take the university teacher as the object of study,analyzes each kind of influence teacher thoroughly from the the Self-archiving in behavior reason,and unified the recent years library about the Self-archiving in Classical-collection storehouse of the organization research related achievement,summarized appears and disappears has the science academic appraisal mechanism is the university organization book reservation storehouse from the Self-archiving low important reason,and aimed at this question to propose the constructive implementation measure.
