基于DEA和SOM的数字图书馆评价研究

Research on Digital Library Evaluation Based on DEA and SOM

目前数字图书馆评价模型研究中,权重确定带有一定的主观性,某种程度上会影响到评价结果的有效性。本文提出的基于DEA和SOM的数字图书馆评价模型,利用DEA模型进行数据处理,得到各个决策单元的相对效率值,再利用SOM模型对样本值进行聚类分析,最后得到数字化图书馆的评价分类结果。该模型极其有效地避免了评价中权重确定的主观因素,因此评价结果客观性和有效性得到进一步提升。

The present study on digital library evaluation models are fairly subjective in determining the weights,which is important to effectiveness of quality evaluation result.Then a sci-tech novelty retrieval quality evaluation model based on DEA and SOM is put forward,which weakens demerit mentioned above on previous study.Firstly DEA model is used in data processing to obtain the relative efficiency of all the decision making units,then with the help of SOM model the sample values are being clustered,and the final classification result of digital libraries evaluation comes out.Therefore,the objectivity and effectiveness of the proposed model has a qualitative leap.
