摘要
破碎围岩巷道支护重点是保证围岩的整体稳定性,然而现有巷道锚杆支护设计多依据工程类比法,不能适应破碎围岩巷道的支护参数确定。通过对金川Ⅲ矿1 554水平运输巷道进行超声波探测,确定了围岩松动范围,并以此确定锚杆支护参数。数值模拟研究发现,围岩松动范围能够指导锚杆支护参数的确定;依据松动圈测试结果减小锚杆长度、增加支护密度能够取得很好的支护效果,保证了围岩的整体稳定性,同时减少材料消耗、节约支护成本。
The key for bolt support of crushed wall rock lane is to guarantee the whole stability of surrounding rock. But current bolt supports of lane are always designed according to the engineering analogy method, which cannot adapt to the support parameter determination for crushed wall rock lane. The paper determines wall rock looseness range in 1 554 horizontal haulage of No. 3 Jinchuan mine by ultrasonic detection. And bolt support parameters are optimized based on this. The numerical simulation research shows that wall rock looseness range can guide the determination of bolt support parameters. According to test results of loose circle, a good supporting effect is obtained by decreasing bolt length and increasing support density, ensuring the whole stability of surrounding rock. Meanwhile, it can also reduce material consumption and save support cost.
