金山店铁矿低贫化放矿数值模拟 被引量:11

摘要 概述了PFC数值模拟软件的特点、功能及其应用,并针对金山店铁矿现有的高矿石贫化率问题,开展了低贫化放矿数值模拟研究。利用PFC数值模拟软件,分别进行了低贫化放矿和现行截止品位放矿2种不同放矿方法的数值模拟;然后对所得结果进行比较,发现在金山店推行低贫化放矿方法完全可行,并推荐采用放矿截止品位为30%的低贫化放矿方案。 The paper summarized the characteristics,function and application of PFC numerical simulation software,and starts a numerical simulation research of low dilution ore drawing to solve the problem of the high dilution rate in Jinshandian Iron Mine. With PFC numerical simulation software, a numerical simulation on two different kinds of ore drawing methods which consist of low dilution ore drawing and existing cut-off ore drawing was carried out. After comparing with the results, it is discovered that it was completely feasible to adopt low dilution ore drawing in Jinshandian Iron Mine. So, the plan of low dilution ore drawing with the cut-off grade of 30% was recommended. Keywords:
