摘要
多沙河流上水库的泥沙淤积问题是工程规划时需要考虑的重要问题。中小型水库通常布置底孔排沙洞解决水库泥沙问题。合理的泄流规模是多沙河流水库保持有效库容、长期发挥综合效益的根本保证。通过对枢纽泄流规模和排沙洞泄流规模的阐述,分析了多沙河流中小型水库泄流规模的主要影响因素,并对现有的确定方法进行对比,提出了以造床流量作为泄流基准,由各影响因素对其进行修正的泄流规模确定方法。
Sediment deposition is an important issue in the planning of constructing reservoirs on sediment-laden rivers.A desilting tunnel in the bottom outlet is usually used for medium and small reservoirs to solve the problem of sediment deposition.Reasonable discharging capacity is the basic guarantee of reservoirs on sediment-laden rivers to retain active storage capacity and obtain long-term comprehensive benefits.Through description of discharge capacity of hydro-junction and desilting-tunnel,we analyze the main influential factors of discharge capacity and compare the current determining methods.It is suggested to use the dominant formative discharge as the datum of discharging capacity and determine the discharging capacity by correction of influential factors.
