摘要
通过对高压电机定子铁心叠压胎两种胎体结构的受力分析,说明镶条斜面配合结构较直面配合结构省力,在铁心叠压过程中操作简单,方便了胎体与铁心的分离,在生产中得到验证。
Based on stress analysis of two structures of high-voltage motor stator core stacking tyre, it is indicated that the insert bar inclined plan structure can save power compared with straight plan structure. It has the advantages of simple operation in process of stacking core and easy operation in process of separation tyre body with tyre core, it is verified in production.
