摘要
煤矿井下所用微地震监测仪,在运行时可能会产生火花、电弧或危险高温,根据煤矿安全生产的要求,如果将用于地面监测的仪器应用到井下,不符合煤矿安全要求,要对它进行防爆。要为微地震监测仪设计防爆外壳,设计中,电缆引入装置是非常关键的一个环节。要考虑本质安全电路的电气间隙和爬电距离,再结合标准GB3836.4-2000爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第4部分:本质安全电路"i"中的规定。
Considering electric spark, electric arc and high temperature produced by microseismic monitoring apparatuse underground mine and according to the requirements of coal mine production, if microseismic monitoring apparatuses are applied to underground mines, explosion protection must be done; and explosion protection shells must be designed .In design, the introduction of cable installation is a key link and should consider electrical gaps and creepage distances of intrinsic safety circuits, and GB3836.4-2000 electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres-Part4:intrinsic safety "i".
