摘要
以钛白粉厂副产品绿矾为原料、工业氧为氧化剂、亚硝酸钠为催化剂,采用催化氧化法合成了聚合硫酸铁(PFS)。通过L9(34)正交实验确定最佳合成工艺条件为:NaNO2用量(以反应体系的总体积计,下同)15%、nSO42-/nFe2+=1.35、反应温度80℃、氧化反应时间2h,在此条件下,Fe2+转化率达76.40%,PFS性能指标符合GB14591-2006国家标准。优化后,反应时间缩短、生产成本降低。
Polyferric sulphate(PFS)was synthesized by catalysis oxidation method with by-product copperas of titanium pigment as raw materials,oxygen as oxidant and sodium nitrite as catalyst.The synthetic conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows:NaNO2 dosage of 15%,nSO2-4/nFe2+of 1.35,reaction temperature of 80℃,oxidation time of 2 h.Under above conditions,the conversion rate of Fe2+ was 76.40%,the performance of PFS met the requirement of national standard GB 14591-2006.The reaction time was shortened and the production cost was reduced by optimization of the synthetic technology.
