摘要
通过壳聚糖席夫碱反应合成了β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖,用合成产物对黄连素进行了包合。研究了合成产物、包合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉的抑菌作用。结果表明,β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖和包合物的抑菌活性较壳聚糖有显著提高。
β-Cyclodextrin chitosan was synthesized through chitosan Schiff base,and was used to include berberine.Moreover,the antibacterial activity of β-cyclodextrin chitosan and the inclusion were investigated against E.coli,St.aureus and A.niger.Results showed that β-cyclodextrin chitosan and the inclusion had stronger antibacterial activity than chitosan.
