With the increasing enrichment of cultural pursuit,the citizens＇demands for high-quality drama performing talents are growing steadily.To enhance the adaptability of talent cultivation of performing specialty of local colleges,the key is to formulate specialty quality standard that embodies the characteristics of performing occupations,boost the construction of characteristic courses based on performing occupations,strengthen the construction of＂teacher-player＂teaching staff,and build practice training conditions and environment for performing talents reaches modernization standard.
