摘要
传统国际贸易专业课程体系存在课程多、课时长、课程与岗位结合度较差等问题,据此,引入广泛使用在人力资源开发领域中的KSAO分析模型,在对相关岗位能力素质进行分析的基础上,按照任务驱动模式对国际贸易专业进行项目课程体系开发与整合。
The traditional curriculum system of international trade specialty confronts with many problems including courses are excessive,curriculum time is too long and bad combination of curriculum with posts.Therefore,the KSAO analysis model was introduced broadly in human resource development field,on the basis of analysis on abilities and qualities of relative posts,the project curriculum system of international trade specialty was developed and integrated according to taskdriven model.
