摘要
班级凝聚力下降、成员互动减少、班级文化缺失是高职院校学生对班级认同危机的主要表现,既影响班级的组织建设,更不利于学生个体的成长和发展。深圳职业技术学院开展"示范班级"建设,提出班级建设应当通过文化引领、价值导向、制度保障、项目管理、全员参与重建学生对班级的认同,从而实现班级的组织功能。
Class cohesion decreasing,students'interaction reducing and shortage of class culture are the main manifestation of cognition crisis of students to classes,which have bad influence on the organization construction of class as well as go against the growth and development of students.Shenzhen Polytechnic implemented the construction of"demonstrative classes",put forward that the construction of classes should re-construct students'identity to classes through cultural guiding,value guidance,systematic assurance,program management and whole staff participation to achieve the organization function of classes.
