摘要 高职院校依托校企合作平台,在企业中设立企业教师流动站,有利于整合、优化、共享校企资源,实现校企合作深度融合,提升整体师资队伍实践教学效果与高技能人才培养质量。在建立企业教师流动站初期,高职院校要设立企业教师流动站管理办公室,明确企业教师流动站的筛选与申报、审定与建设的流程,落实"一师一企"实践制度,突出等级评选和绩效考核,做好流动站的动态更新与调整管理工作。 The construction of teacher mobility station in enterprise depending on school and enterprise cooperation platform is conducive for integrating,optimizing and sharing resources of school and enterprise,achieving deep integration of school and enterprise and enhancing the practice teaching effects of teaching staff and the cultivation quality of high-skilled talents.In the initial stage of building teacher mobility station in enterprise,higher vocational schools should establish management office for the station,clarify the procedure of selecting,applying,examining and constructing teacher mobility station,carry through the practice system of"one teacher one enterprise",stand out ranking selection and performance examination and do well in the work of dynamic updating and adjustment of the mobility station.
