摘要 "后世博"时代,技术应用型大学生的志愿服务意识水平较高,服务动机多样化,服务热情高涨,服务思考理性。增强大学生志愿服务意识、推动高校志愿服务工作,需要教育部门制订和完善促进大学生志愿服务意识培养的规章制度和政策措施,为大学生成长和发展营造良好的宏观政策环境和社会舆论氛围;学校层面则要加强学生工作部门与教学等各部门的沟通与合作,统整学校各方资源与力量,形成全员育人良好格局。 In the period of post world exposition,the serving of undergraduates in technological applied colleges manifests the following characteristics:their serving sense is higher,serving motivation is diversified,serving passion is upswing,serving thinking is rational.To further enhance the serving sense of undergraduates and boost the serving work of higher education institutions,the educational departments should formulate and optimize regulations and policies to build good policy environment and opinion atmosphere for the growth and development of undergraduates;the higher vocational schools should strengthen communication and cooperation of departments for student work and teaching to integrate various resources and forces and try to form the situation of educating students by whole staff.
