摘要
BOG(Boil-Off Gas)系统是LNG接收站设计阶段中必须重点考虑的关键问题之一。与大型LNG液化工厂中主要考虑BOG提供燃料气和LNG装船工况下BOG直接通过火炬燃烧情况完全不同,LNG接收站设计中则应结合气化外输压力、最小外输流量等不同项目特点,对于BOG的回收、处理和利用有更多的选择。为此,按照LNG接收站卸船和非卸船两种基本工况划分,对设计阶段保守估算BOG产生量引入完整的静态计算方法,通过实例计算,提出了BOG压缩机的合理配置方案,以期实现技术与经济两方面的优化。该计算方法对于国内自主进行LNG接收站的设计具有参考意义,对于小型LNG卫星站的设计亦有借鉴意义。
The boil-off gas(BOG) handling system is one of the key issues at the design stage of a LNG receiving and re-gasification terminal.Different from such cases that the BOG can be recovered as a fuel gas in a large-scale LNG plant or that the BOG can only be vented for faring in loading conditions,the sending-out pressure and the minimal flowing rate,etc.,should be taken into consideration at the design stage of a LNG receiving terminal so that more options will be provided for the recovery,treatment and utilization of BOG.According to two basic conditions of LNG unloading and non-unloading at a terminal,we hereby conservatively calculated the quantity of the possibly produced BOG by introducing an integrative static-design method.Besides,through example calculation,we made a reasonable arrangement proposal for the BOG compressors so as to realize both technical and economic optimization of a LNG terminal.This calculation method is of great significance in independent designing of LNG terminals and small-scale LNG satellite-stations in China.
