海浪河5月份浮游植物群落结构特征和水质营养状态评价 被引量:5

摘要 于2009年5月8书目,对牡丹江支流海浪河浮游植物群落结构和水质的理化指标进行了调查研究,结合生物监测和理化监测手段,基于浮游植物优势度、丰度和生物量、多样性指数的评价标准以及综合指数评价方法,对研究河段进行了生态评价。结果表明,:海浪河5月份浮游植物共有7门42属100种及变种,以硅藻门和绿藻门种类为主,分别占57.00%、27.00%;优势种有阿氏席藻(Phortnidium allorgei)、双头舟形藻(Navicula dicephala)、短小舟形藻(Navicula exigua)、弧形蛾眉藻双头变种(Ceratoneis arcus var.amphioxys)、肘状针杆藻(Syne—draulna)、卵形隐藻(Cryptomottaz ovata);生物量为0.74—10.53mg/L:丰度为(4.29—66.69)×10^5ind.·L^-1;多样性指数中,Shannon—Wiener指数H’为2.17—3.78,Pielou均匀度指数.J’为0.43-0.74、综合营养指数为48.06—86.26。综合评价结果表明:5月份,海浪河营养状态在中营养化程度以上,温度、总磷和总氮是影响海浪河5月份浮游植物群落结构的主要环境因子。 A survey on the community structure of phytoplanktons in Hailang River, a tributary of Mudanjiang River, as well as the physical-chemical indexes of water quality, was conducted on May 8-9, 2009 by biological, physical and chemical monitoring. The ecological evaluation of the Hailang River was made according to the evaluation criterion of dominance, abundance, biomass and diversity index of the phytoplanktons. Results showed that a total of 100 species of phytoplanktons were recorded in the Hailang River in May, of which Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta accounted for 57.00% and 27.00%, respectively. Dominant species were Phormidium allorgei, Navicula dicephala, Navicula exigua, Ceratoneis arcus var. amphioxys, Synedra ulna and Cryptomonas ovata. Biomass for different sampling sites ranged from 0.74 to 10.53 mg · L^-1 , abundance from 4.29×10^5 to 66.59×10^5 ind · L^-1 , Shannon-Wiener diversity index from 2.17 to 3.78, Pielou' s index from 0.43 to 0.74, and the integrated nutrition state index from 48.06 to 86.26. The Hailang River is at the state of medium eutrophication in May. Water temperature, total phosphorus and total nitrogen are the main influencing factors on the community structure of phytoplanktons in Hailang River.
