A System View and Framework on the Technological Innovation

技术创新作为企业资源结构有机化和高度化的核心动因，是当今企业生存和发展的源动力．而企业技术创新行为及其有效性在很大程度上受到国家战略、社会经济环境、生态环境的压力及企业自身发展战略的影响和制约．因此，必须以系统的观点、从战略的高度和组合的角度来研究企业的技术创新行为．本文从系统管理的角度，结合我国高技术与传统制造企业的案例分析，论证了技术创新与创新系统的关联、我国企业技术创新系统的框架，从而帮助中国企业从系统的高度来认识。

In this paper, the author put forward to the systematic view on portfolio technological innovation and provided a systematic framework of firm innovation system, by which most Chinese enterprises could use it to manage innovation process. At this system, the author provides four subsystems of firm systems:entrepreneur, R&D, education and government. Cases from high-tech as well as traditional manufacturingfirms are drawn. verify the hypothesis. The structure and framework for firm innovation system are also provided.
