佛波酯及3-甲基胆蒽对Bhas 42细胞系的诱癌和促癌作用 被引量:2

Initiating and Promoting Activity of TPA and MCA for Bhas 42 Cells

摘要 根据化学致癌物在肿瘤形成过程中作用的不同阶段,可将化学致癌物分为诱癌化合物和促癌化合物,化学致癌物可使得Bhas细胞系产生突变从而形成集落。本研究通过考察促癌化合物佛波酯(TPA)及诱癌化合物3-甲基胆蒽(MCA)对Bhas 42细胞系的转化作用,验证Bhas 42细胞转化试验检验诱癌物及促癌物的准确性。 The initiator and promoter of carcinogenesis can induce foci in Bhas 42 cell lines. The initiating or promoting activity of 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) and 3-methylcholanthrene (MCA) was further confirmed by cell transformation assay using Bhas 42 cells. The assay results indicated that Bhas 42 cell line was sensitive to either initiator or promoter of carcinogenesis.
