龙荟丸中栀子苷、龙胆苦苷、芦荟苷和黄芩苷的多波长HPLC法测定

Simultaneous Determination of Geniposide,Gentiopicrin,Aloin and Baicalin in Longhui Pills by Multi-wavelength HPLC

建立了多波长HPLC法同时测定龙荟丸中的栀子苷、龙胆苦苷、芦荟苷和黄芩苷。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为238 nm(栀子苷)、280 nm(龙胆苦苷和黄芩苷)和355 nm(芦荟苷)。栀子苷、龙胆苦苷、芦荟苷和黄芩苷分别在0.19～1.90、0.08～0.80、0.30～3.0和0.10～1.0μg范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为99.5%、101.0%、99.3%和97.8%,RSD分别为1.46%、1.06%、1.72%和1.67%。

A multi-wavelength HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of geniposide, gentiopicrin, aloin and baicalin in Longhui pills. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2 % phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 238 nm （geniposide）, 280 nm （gentiopicrin and baicalin） and 355 nm （aloin）. The calibration curves of the four constituents were linear in the ranges of 0.19 - 1.90, 0.08 - 0.80, 0.30 - 3.0 and 0.10 - 1.0 μg, respectively. Their recoveries were 99.5 %, 101.0 %, 99.3 % and 97.8 %, with RSDs of 1.46%, 1.06%, 1.72% and 1.67%, respectively.
