摘要
对使用低温等离子体(NTP)辅助催化型颗粒物捕集器(CDPF)的多元催化净化系统对柴油机尾气污染物的净化作用进行了试验研究。结果表明,NTP可有效去除柴油机PM,最高净化效率可达67%,且受柴油机运行工况影响较小,但受能流密度影响较大,且NOx的浓度均有不同程度的增加;使用NTP/CDPF多元催化净化系统,两种净化措施能形成优势互补,对柴油机尾气中NOx、PM等污染物有良好催化净化性能,去除效率分别达82%、31%。
The removal effect of exhaust pollutants from diesel engine by a multi-way catalytic converter system equipped with non-thermal plasma(NTP) coupled with catalytic diesel particulate filter(CDPF) was studied.The experiments showed that the particulate matter(PM) from diesel exhaust can be removed efficiently by NTP,the efficiency is up to 67%,in addition,running conditions of the diesel engine is affected slightly,but N/Q is affected substantially,and at the same time,the concentration of NOx is increased to different extent.In the NTP/CDPF system,the two removal measures complement each other,which contribute to its favorable abilities in catalyzing and removing NOx and PM that exist in diesel engine tailpipe exhaust,and the efficiency is up to 82% and 31% respectively.
