兰州市可持续发展综合评价——基于PCA与AHP方法

Comprehensive Evaluation on Sustainable Development of Lanzhou City——Based on PCA and AHP Method

作为西部的一座重要省会城市,兰州市可持续发展状况具有很强的示范效应。该文从经济、社会和环境三个方面构建体现兰州市可持续发展水平的综合指标体系,运用主成分分析法(PCA)和层次分析法(AHP)对兰州市可持续发展水平进行综合评价,分析城市发展过程中存在的问题,并结合兰州市自然环境自身特点提出增强兰州市可持续发展能力的若干对策。

As an important capital city of the western region of China,the sustainable development of Lanzhou City has a strong demonstration effect.This paper constructs sustainable development indicators system from economic,social and environmental dimensions.And uses principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development of Lanzhou City.Then analyzes the problems existing in the process of sustainable development.Lastly proposes a number of recommendations to enhance the capacity of sustainable development of Lanzhou city according to the natural environment characteristics.
