耕地保护的外部性及其内化研究

耕地作为一种比较特殊的公共物品,决定了耕地保护具有外部性。本文在提出耕地保护外部性概念的基础上,对耕地保护外部性的表现和原因进行分析,最后提出耕地保护外部性内化的途径。

As a public product,externality of cultivated land protection is its important characteristic.The objective of this paper is to analyze the form and cause of the externalities of farmland protection on the basis of its concept,and finally put forward the route of internalizing outer f externalities of farmland protection.
