盐溶液中冻融循环时混凝土体积吸液率研究

VOLUME ABSORPTION RATE OF NON AIR-ENTRAINED CONCRETE IN DIFFERENT SALT SOLUTION DURING FREEZE-THAW PROCESS

摘要 研究了在冻融循环条件下,非引气混凝土吸收不同种类、不同浓度盐溶液的体积吸液率及其对混凝土冻害程度的影响。试验结果表明:非引气混凝土在不同盐溶液中的体积吸液率大小为NaCl>Na2SO4>Mg(NO3)2、MgCl2、MgSO4,并且在NaCl溶液中的体积吸液率远高于水中,而在Mg(NO3)2、MgCl2、MgSO4溶液中的体积吸液率则低于水中。非引气混凝土的盐冻剥蚀程度与其在相应盐溶液中的体积吸液率的大小密切相关。 Volume absorption rate of non air-entrained concrete in salt solution with different concentration during freeze-thaw process, and its effect on concrete deterioration due to freeze-thaw cycles were investigated. The results showed that the order of volume absorption rate of non air-entrained concrete in different solutions were: NaCl〉Na2SO4〉Mg(NO3)2、MgCl2、 and MgSO4 solution. The volume absorption rate of non air-entrained concrete in NaCI solution was much higher than that in water, otherwise, the volume absorption rate in Mg( NO3 )2 solution, MgCl2 solution and MgSO4 solution was lower that in water. The salt scaling of non air-entrained concrete in a salt solution was related to the volume absorption rate.
