摘要
非正式松散合作性高校教师教学发展是一种新兴、理想、有效且受欢迎的教学发展方式,该方式有利于呼唤与引导大学教师走出私人教学空间,走进同事群落和与同事积极互动。该模式的构成要素包括强势教学发展文化、合作支持、松散教学—教研团队、发展型关系、深度交往、日常对话、教学观摩和反馈—反思。实施该模式应坚持强合作而弱竞争、强动力而弱压力、强对话而非辩论、重亲历而非评判、共赢而无失败和介入但非强迫的原则。
Informal-loose collaborative instructional development of university teachers is a new, ideal, effective and popular way of instructional development, which is beneficial to calling and guiding university teacher out of personal instructional space and go into the collegue community and positive interaction with colleagues. Elements of informal-loose collaborative instructional development include the strong culture of instructional development, support of collaboration, loose instruction and research team, the development-typed relation, the thoughtful contacts, regular dialogue, instructional observation and feedback-reflect. The implementation of the model should adhere to strong cooperation but weak competition, strong motive but weak pressure, strong dialogue but non-debate, re-experience but non-evaluation, win-win principle but non-failure, intervention but not forcement.
