摘要
通过在一台步进式加热炉均热段的南北侧墙上安装2支火焰探测器,获取火焰在红、绿波长下的近似单色辐射强度图像,利用修正的Tikhonov正则化方法从绿色单色辐射强度信息中重建炉内温度分布,同时以红色单色辐射强度作为最优化目标重建炉壁和空间固相辐射参数分布。检测结果表明,该重建算法可以较好地同时重建出温度场与固相辐射参数。
Two CCD cameras are mounted in the north and south wall of the equal-segment of a walking beam heating furnace, in order to capture the approximate monochromatic radiation intensity of the flame at wavelength corresponded to red and green primitive colors. A revised Tikhonov regularization method is imported to reconstruct the temperature distribution from monochromatic radiation intensity at green primitive color wavelength, and the monochromatic radiation intensity at red primitive color wavelength is used as an optimization target to reconstruct the solid radiation parameters. Result shows that this joint method can reconstruct the temperature and solid radiation parameters simultaneously.
