煤灰化学成分分析方法及其对硫碱平衡和配料计算的影响

Chemical analysis of coai ash and its impact on sulphur-alkali matab and raw mix proportioning

本文分析了化验室测定煤灰分及煤灰化学成分的条件与工艺生产的差异。在此基础上论述了通常使用的配料计算方法进行硫碱平衡计算的误差,并对此提出了若干补充修正的计算方法,可供有关厂参考。

Analysis is made to the difference of coal ash content as well as its chemical composition determined in the lab and in process production. On the basis of this analysis, the author studied the calculation error in using usual proportioning calculation methode to calculate the equilibrium of sulphur and alkaline. Some correcting formulae are offered which can be taken as reference.
