深圳市罗湖区2010年1～6月流感监测结果分析

Analysis of influenza surveillance reports from January to June 2010 in Luohu district of Shenzhen

目的分析深圳市罗湖区2010年上半年流感的流行病学特征,为辖区流感的防控工作提供依据。方法采用流行病学调查方法对深圳市罗湖区2010年1～6月流感的流行情况进行描述性分析。结果 2010年1～6月深圳市罗湖区共检测流感疑似样本206份,其中检出A型流感31份(包含新型A/H1N1流感22例),B型流感42份。1月份为A型流感的高发期,该月A型流感患者人数占上半年A型流感发病总数的71.0%,并以新型A/H1N1流感流行为主,占A型流感总数的90.9%。3月份则是B型流感的高发期,该月B型流感患者人数占上半年B型流感总数的59.5%。20～30岁的年轻人占A型流感发病总数的54.8%,10岁以下儿童占B型流感发病总数的73.8%。结论 2010年上半年深圳市罗湖区A型和B型流感交替流行,加强对流感的实时监测和对流感高度易感人群的防护,对辖区流感的防控工作具有重要意义。

Objective To describe and analyze the epidemiological characters of influenza in Luohu district from January to June 2010 so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza epidemic in Luohu district.Methods The descriptive epidemiologic method was applied to analyze the characteristics of influenza in Luohu district of Shenzhen.Results The total number of the collected samples was up to 206.Among them,there were 31 samples of influenza A positive,including 22 samples of influenza A/H1N1 positive and 42 samples of influenza B positive.The spreading peak of influenza A appeared in January,2010 and the number of influenza A positive samples in January accounted for 71.0% of the total influenza A positive samples.Meanwhile,influenza A/H1N1 in January accounted for 90.9% of the total influenza A positive samples.However,the spreading peak of influenza B appeared in March,2010 and the number of influenza B positive samples in this month accounted for 59.5% of the total influenza B positive samples.Individuals with age 20-30 accounted for 73.8% of the total influenza A patients.Children below 10 years old accounted for 73.8% of the total influenza B patients.Conclusion Both influenza A and B appeared in Luohu district during January to June 2010.The surveillance study on influenza and attention to the highly susceptible population should be augmented,which will have a significantly impact on the control and prevention of influenza outbreak in Luohu district.
