摘要
鉴于测得滚动轴承复合异常信号的复杂性,利用Gabor小波的时频局部化特性从中提取出单一异常特征成分,再以模糊数学可能性理论为基础得到特征参数的隶属度函数,最后运用逐次诊断理论,对滚动轴承进行复合故障诊断研究。实验表明,该方法能准确地诊断出变工况条件下滚动轴承的复合故障,实用性强。
As compound abnormal signals of a rolling bearing were complex, using the local time frequency characteristic of Gabor wavelet the characteristic parameters from an obtained signal were extracted, then the possibility theory in fuzzy mathematics was taken as a foundation to obtain the membership function of a characteristic parameter. Last, the successive fault diagnosis method was used to study compound fault diagnosis of a rolling bearing. Experiments showed that this method is effective in rolling bearing compound fault diagnosis under changeable conditions.
