摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了孔穴圆柱齿轮接触分析的五齿接触模型,实现了基于APDL语言齿轮三维有限元网格的自动生成。以齿根弯曲疲劳主应力最小为优化目标,将ANSYS软件的计算结果采用响应面法拟合为二次多项式,对钻孔参数进行优化,其分析结果对圆柱齿轮的结构设计和改进提供了必要的参考数据。
Based on ANSYS, a 5-tooth contact model of a cylindrical helical gear with holes, a program of automatically generating a three-dimensional finite element grid was developed. In order to minimize the bending fatigue principal stress of the tooth root, the ANSYS results were fitted into a quadratic polynomial with RSM and the parameters of drilling were optimized. The results provided an accurate and effective reference for structural designs and improvements of cylindrical gears.
