摘要
煤矿瓦斯监测是控制瓦斯事故的前提,是实现煤矿安全生产的关键。将便携式无线仪表显示屏摄录发射仪与瓦斯检测仪相结合,更直接、灵活地采集和传输生产现场的瓦斯数据,并在4方向链码的基础上,研究一种基于笔段主方向链码的七段数字识别方法。这种信息采集方式和数值识别方法能够使系统达到较高的采集精度和较短的巡检周期,可为实现全数字化的瓦斯无线监测系统奠定良好的技术基础。
Coalmine gas monitoring is the prerequisite for the control of gas accidents and is the key to the safe production of coalmine.Gas data at the production site are collected and transmitted more directly and flexibly by the combination of portable wireless camera shooting transmitter with instrument display and the gas detector.A method of seven-section digit recognition based on primary-direction chain code of the stroke is studied according to 4-direction chain code.Such information collection approach and numerical identification method can make the system achieve higher collection accuracy and shorter rotating inspection cycle,and lay a sound technical base for the full digitalised wireless gas monitoring system.
