The Existence of the Strongly Gradient-like Flow

Two criterions theorems are given to prove that a flow restricted on a compactinvariant set be a strongly gradient-like flow which is defined on a topological space.These results improve the relation results obtained by Conley. Moreover, a sufficientand necessary condition is also given to prove that a flow is a strongly gradient-likeflow when rest points of this flow are isolated.
