摘要 针对目前工业现场天然气计量情况,设计基于16位嵌入式微处理器MSP430F157为核心的罗茨流量积算仪。采用非线性校正算法实现对流量传感器非线性特征的校正,扩大流量积算仪的量程比;采用多周期测频法,提高传感器输出信号频率测量的精度;通过引入气体压缩因子,修正流量补偿计量公式,积算仪能够更精确地实时温压补偿。文中详细介绍了积算仪的硬件和软件设计方案,经测试和实际运行表明,该流量积算仪稳定可靠,测量精度高,量程比宽,具有一定的实用价值。 The Roots gas flow accumulator was designed in need of increasing the accuracy of natural gas measurement in practice,by using MSP430F157 16-bit as the intelligent central controller.Nonlinear correction algorithm is implemented to correct the nonlinear characteristics of the flow sensor,which improves the ratio of measuring range.Multi-cycle frequency method increases the accuracy of the signal frequency measurement.By introducing the gas compressibility factor and amending flow measurement compensation formula,the accumulator can be more accurate in real-time temperature and pressure compensation.The design of hardware and software of this system was introduced.The testing and application shows that this accumulator runs stably and accurately,with a wide ratio of measuring range.The technology and methods adopted has some practical value.
