摘要
该文介绍了一套阀门流量流阻系数试验装置,该试验装置由主回路系统和三个辅助系统(补水系统、稳压系统、冷却水系统)以及相应的测量控制系统等组成。利用本试验装置对某阀门厂阀门样机进行了流量流阻系数试验,并得出了相应的试验数据与结论。本试验装置可对通径在100mm以内的各型阀门进行流量流阻系数试验,得出的数据对阀门产品改进、合理设计流体工程系统具有较强的指导意义。
This paper introduces a suit of testing equipment for flux characteristics and resistance coefficient of valve.It composes of main loop system,three kinds of assistant system(supply water system,stable valtage,cooling water system)and corresponding measure and control system.samples of values made in a certain value factory are tested for flux characteristics and resistance coefficient using the device.Also it gets relevant testing data and conclusion.The device can be used for flux characteristics and resistance coefficient of many kinds of valves,whose caliber is less than 100mm.The data is useful for improving valve and designing reasonably flux engineering system.
