摘要
目的:建立蒙药那如三味丸中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(4∶96)为流动相;流速:1.0ml.min-1;柱温为28℃;检测波长:273nm。结果:没食子酸在0.0052μg^0.0260μg范围内与其相应的峰面积值具有良好的线性关系。没食子酸的平均回收率为98.72%,RSD为1.93(n=6)。结论:该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药那如三味丸中没食子酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish it as the shamisen pills Mongolian gallic acid method.
