摘要
目的:比较土鳖虫不同提取物对人血浆的抗凝血活性,探讨其抗凝血机制。方法:测定土鳖虫提取物不同萃取部位对凝血酶原时间(PT),凝血酶时间(TT),活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),纤维蛋白原凝固时间(FCT)的影响。结果:土鳖虫的乙酸乙酯部位显著地延长人PT,APTT,TT和FCT;石油醚部位、正丁醇部位也有抗凝活性,作用较弱。结论:土鳖虫乙酸乙酯提取部分抗凝作用最强,能直接抑制凝血酶催化的纤维蛋白原凝固。
Objective : To study the anticoagulant activity in human blood plasma and the underlying mechanisms of different extracts from Ground Beetle. Methods: Prothrombin time (PT), thrombiu time (TT) , activated partial thromboplastin time (AVIT) and fibrinogen coagulation time (FCT) were determined. Results: PT, TT, APTT and FCT were remarkably prolonged by ethyl acetate extract part of Ground Beetle. Anticoagulant activity of petroleum ether extract part and n - butanol extract part of leech was weaker than that of ethyl acetate part of Ground Beetle. Conclusion : The anticoagulant effect of ethyl acetate extract part of Ground Beetle is the strongest among the four extracts, and the effect may be achieved by interfering with the formation of fibrin from fibrinogen catalyzed by thrombin.
