摘要
目的:基于CE-CL有效组分指纹图谱研究灯盏细辛注射液抗氧化活性有效组分。方法:采用自组装毛细管电泳-化学发光检测系统(CE-CL)进行灯盏细辛注射液抗氧化有效组分研究。结果:建立了灯盏细辛抗氧化有效组分指纹图谱,获得4个抗氧化活性组分,其抗氧化活性的顺序为:2>1>4>3。结论:野黄芩苷等四个组分为灯盏细辛注射液中的抗氧化活性成分。
Objective: To research antioxidant activity effective components of erigeron injection by CE-CL finger Methods : The antioxidantive biological fingerprints of erigeron injection was established by capillary electrophoresis ( CE ) with chemiluminescence (CL) detection. Resluts : Four peaks were selected as the fingerprints of erigeron injection, and the active order: 2 〉 1 〉 4 〉 3. Conclusion: scutellarin and other three components are antioxidant components of erigeron injection.
