摘要 目的:探讨素质教育在急危重症护理学教学中的渗透方式,培养综合素质急救人才。方法:急危重症护理学教学过程中教师从学生道德素质、技能素质、心理素质、团队素质、人文素质和身体素质六方面进行培养与素质教育渗透。结果:素质教育在急危重症护理学教学中的渗透,使护理专业学生树立了崇高的职业道德,掌握了扎实的急救技能,形成了良好的心理素质,弘扬了团队精神和人文精神,锻炼了结实身体,成为了具有综合素质的急救护理专业人才。结论:在急危重症护理学教学中渗透素质教育是十分重要的。 Objective: To explore the infiltration means of quality education in Emergency Nursing teaching and cultivate comprehensive emergency persons. Method: By six means of ethical quality, technology quality, psychological quality, collaboration quality and body quality, quality education was infiltrated into Emergency Nursing teaching. Result : The Infiltration of quality education in Emergency Nursing Teaching could make students set up fine professional ethics, master solid emergency technology, develop good psychological quality, carry forward team spirit and humanistic spirit, and gain strong body by exercises. Conclusion: It is of great importance to infiltrate quality education into Emergency Nursing teaching.
