气管切开患者的护理体会

本文旨在探讨气管切开的护理方法,提高护理质量。通过回顾性分析2009年5月至2010年5月我院ICU77例气管切开的患者的临床资料和护理方法。我们认为加强对气管切开患者的气管套管的消毒和固定,选择合适的气道湿化方法,并采用浅层吸引法吸痰,能减少并发症的发生和增加病人的舒适度。

To summarize the nursing experiences on incision of trachea and to boost quality of care. The clinical data and nursing methods of 77 cases with incision of trachea in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from May 2009 to May 2010. It is suggested that there be urgent need for strengthening disinfection, fixation, giving patient suitable nebulization, sucking secretions not deep, which can reduce the complication, and let the patients more comfortable.
