连翘提取物对副鸡嗜血杆菌生长曲线的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究连翘提取物的抑菌活性,以不同血清型副鸡嗜血杆菌为试验菌株,比较和分析不同浓度连翘提取物下细菌生长曲线的变化。结果发现:32mg/mL的提取物对摇床培养的A、B型菌生长具有较强的抑制作用;16mg/mL的提取物对摇床培养的C型菌生长具有明显的抑制作用。由此表明,连翘提取物对不同血清型副鸡嗜血杆菌具有明显的选择性抑菌作用。 To investigate the antibacterial activity of Forsythia suspense extract different serotypes of Haemophilus paragallinarum were selected as experimental strains,and bacteria growth curves were compared and analyzed in this study. The results showed that 32 mg/mL Forsythia suspense extract had some inhibitory effects on serotypes A and B, 16 mg/mL Forsythia extract had significant inhibitory effect on serotype C. It was suggested that Forsythia suspense extract had obvious selective inhibitory effect on different scrotypes of Haemophilus paragallinarum.
