摘要
因为网络组织对环境的适应性强于科层组织,所以越来越多的学者开始关注网络组织效率的研究,然而有关网络组织的运行效率,多是以契约机制为基础展开的。本文以非契约机制为研究视角,界定了网络组织核心企业领导力,采用结构方程的研究方法,探讨了网络组织核心企业领导力对网络组织效率的促进作用。研究得到以下结论:网络组织领导力正向促进网络组织信任形成、网络组织领导力以合作稳定为中介变量间接促进网络组织效率。
As network' s environmental adaptability is better than hierarchical organization, more and more scholars pay attention to the researches about the efficient of firm networks. While most researches are based on contract mechanism, this study is to explore whether there exists significant relationship between Hub - firm' s lead- ership and efficiency of firm networks based on non - contract mechanism by using structural equation, and this study gets the conclusions : Hub - firm' s leadership has direct impact on trust. Cooperation plays intermediary role in the relationship between Hub -firm's leadership and efficiency of firm networks. Trust has impact on coopera- tion and efficiency of firm networks.
