摘要
长期以来,设备综合效能(OEE)已经作为生产企业中一台设备综合效能高低的可测指标。然而OEE只适用于一台独立的设备,并未考虑到生产系统中各设备之间的关系。为了解决这个问题,人们提出了计算生产系统的产出综合效能(OTE)。阐述OTE的计算方法,在此基础上对其进行改进,并通过Witness仿真软件对改进后OTE的计算方法进行验证,最后,将OTE应用在H太阳能电池生产厂的实际生产当中。
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)is a metric for measuring the performance of a machine in long time. However, it is lacking to consider the influence between equipments in system level. So Overall Throughput Effectiveness (OTE)for calculating effectiveness on production line was mentioned recently. Explain computing method of OTE and improve calculating OTE, and then verify improved OTE by using Witness. At last, apply the OTE to H solar battery factory.
