摘要
分析两种数控切割程序的格式区别,论述程序格式转换的实现方法和步骤、切割程序图形绘制方法和步骤。提出绘图缺口问题的解决办法、传送速度的控制方法以及根据零件尺寸自动设置画布尺寸的技术。
Through the analysis of the format difference between the two kinds of NC cutting programs and the discussion on the approach and steps of format conversion and of the detail drawing,put forward a resolution to the gap in detail drawings and the way to control the transmit speed, developed the technique of automatically setting the canvas size according to the size of the part.
