摘要
为了能够从理论上对混合动力液压挖掘机进行研究,并找出有利于系统节能和降低排放的有效途径,以某20 t液压挖掘机为原型,分析其动力系统各元件特性,并利用AMEsim软件建立并联式混合动力挖掘机系统的整机仿真模型。通过试验采集挖掘机在典型工况下的功率谱。根据挖掘机的工况特点,提出一种基于工况预测的准定工作点控制策略,并应用于仿真模型。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制策略能有效地减小超级电容电荷状态(SOC)波动,稳定发动机工作点,提高燃油经济性。
To study on the hybrid system in the hydraulic excavator in theory and find out the effective approach which can be used to achieve energy saving and lower emissions, a real 20t excavator was analyzed and the hybrid system simulation model of it was built base on AMEsim. The power chart in the typical digging operation was worked out by experiment. According to the characteristic of its work condition, a quasi-stable work point control strategy basing on the prediction of work condition was proposed, which was applied to the simulation model. Simulation result indicate that the control strategy can effectively restrain the variation range of the capacitor SOC, keep the stable work point of engine and improve the fuel economy of the engine.
